Things are getting complicated for Tory Lanez, who will now have to face a judge.
After a routine traffic stop on April 12, Tory Lanez was invited to spend a few hours behind bars. He regained his freedom after paying a $1,000 bond, everything seems to indicate that the matter will not end there.
When a simple routine check ends with an arrest. Tory Lanez is now being charged with illegally carrying weapons, possessing a small amount of cannabis (less than 20 grams) and being held by a police officer in Miramar, Florida. He also faces unlicensed driving of a badly registered vehicle and inability to show a valid insurance. In other words, with such a record, the rapper could end up risking big. If possession of cannabis should be classified as a minor offense, the charge of illegal weapon possession is much more serious, and then it is a third degree offense, which could possibly cause serious problems.
In any case, some are already calling his possible absence from Future’s “Future Nobody Safe Tour,” with Migos, Young Thug, Kodak Black and A$AP Ferg. This major event is expected to start on May 4th. At the moment, Kodak Black is still incarcerated and Lanez is riding the success of his album I Told You.
