Red Death – “Permanent Exile”

The D.C. band Red Death, which includes members of groups like Coke Bust and Secretarian Violence, play ’80s-style crossover thrash with brutal, bone-crunch hardcore simplicity. They’ll release their debut album Permanent Exile next month, and the title track is a blast of ridiculously fun and angry mosh music that says everything it needs to say in less than two minutes. If you feel like smashing your head into some immovable objects this morning, this might be the ideal soundtrack. Listen below.

Permanent Exile is out 4/21 on Grave Mistake; pre-order it here.
