Janet Jackson – “Unbreakable”

Earlier today, Janet Jackson revealed the tracklist and details of the upcoming Unbreakable, her first new album in seven years. We’ve already heard slinky first single “No Sleep” — both the original version and the inferior J. Cole-featuring remix that will actually appear on the album — and a short preview of “The Great Forever,” and now she’s just shared the title track. Longtime collaborators Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis again produce, and it begins with some subdued, pillowy, late-night keys before exploding out into a joyous celebration of her supporters: “Fans and friends chime in/ To a love that’s true blue/ I dedicate my love to you.” Listen.

Unbreakable is out 10/2 via Rhythm Nation/BMG. Pre-order it here.
