Future Gets His Fourth #1 Album

Future’s new self titled album goes #1 on Billboard after first week sales.

Future has impressed the masses by releasing two albums within the same week, HNDRXX and a self-titled album. On top of pulling a move like releasing these back to back albums, he managed to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200. It is now his fourth time at the top of the album charts. Previously, he was ranking in the top for his 2016 album EVOL, for his 2015 album DS2 and for his collaborative album with Drake What A Time To Be Alive.

Mind boggling are the figures behind the sales of his self-titled album. 140 000 equivalent album units were recorded.

Let’s see if Future will be the first ever artist to have two different albums go number one in back to back weeks.
