Drake Breaks Another Spotify Record, Over 60 Million Streams In A Day

Drake breaks record that belonged to the British artist Ed Sheeran

Drake is all we’ve been talking about for a few days. Drizzy did everything right to make us talk about him. After a series concerts overseas, the Canadian continued his march ahead by swinging a project unpublished last weekend. The latter, titled “More Life“, is a hybrid, between a mixtape and album. He preferred the playlist tote, perfect to send out a whole bunch of original records.

With a status that is now his, that of true star, Drake brilliantly succeeded. Indeed, he managed to reunite his fanbase, skeptics and listeners around his famous project. People who were obviously looking for a little more life, as shown by the information unveiled by the Spotify streaming platform.

Thus, the artist originally from Toronto, made very strong waves again. He captured Spotify’s one-day listening record with more than 60 million streams (61,302,082 plays in total). A record held so far by British singer Ed Sheeran with 56,727,861 streams.

What’s next for the Canadian Superstar?
